SHIPPING POLICIES

We strongly recommend you to select your items to be shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service).
EMS normally takes between 7 to 10 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and Japanese public holiday) to deliver to your country.
EMS provides a tracking number so that you can check the status of your order online. We will let you know a tracking number once your item is shipped out.

EMS has insurance and if your order have been lost or damaged, you can claim for the loss/damage under insurance.

Please note that we are about 14 hours ahead of the United States.
It means that if you place order on Friday in US time, we will follow up your order on Monday in Japan time.
If Monday is Japanese public holiday, we will follow up it on Tuesday.

IMPORTANT

We are not responsible for each countrys custom clearance procedure and custom duties.
In case if your item has been kept at custom and charged customs duty, we are unable to assist you from Japan as your countrys regulations, laws or any rules are out of our control.

TAX INFORMATION

Sales tax is not separately calculated and collected in connection with items ordered from us.

If tax is separately calculated and collected for worldwide delivery through Amazon.com, these taxes amounts that appear during the ordering process are estimated.
The actual taxes amount will be charged to you once your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation notification.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you contact us for the initial failure within 15 days, we will pay the sending and returning charges from your country to our shop.
Regarding the defectives on 15 days after your item arrival, you have to pay sending and returning charges so we recommend you inspect the operation and do function check right after you received it.
